Exhibitors have an opportunity to join us for the 50th Annual NABSE Conference! Interested parties should complete the request form below as soon as possible. NABSE will review all requests to determine product alignment and space availability. If approved, an email identifying next steps will be provided. Please review the Exhibitor Prospectus prior to your submission.
STEP 1: Review all contents of the 2022 Exhibitors Prospectus.
STEP 2: Complete the Exhibitors Request form.
STEP 3: Wait for an email confirmation of NABSE's acceptance of your exhibitor request.
STEP 4: Respond within 3 business days to the acceptance of your exhibitor request via the directions provided in the acceptance email which will include a requirement for 100% payment for the space.
STEP 5: Reserve your hotel room and prepare to join us for the 50th conference!
IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES
- September 9, 2022 - Deadline to submit changes and/or corrections to company or product description.
- September 16, 2022 - Deadline to cancel and receive a 50% refund of total booth fees. Subsequent cancellations are not subject to refund.
- September 16, 2022 - Deadline to submit exhibitor names and badge information.
