National Alliance of Black School Educators 37th Annual Conference
General Information

• You Must First Register For The Conference In Order To Qualify For The Discounted Hotel Rates.
  
  
• The Indianapolis Marriot is headquarters for NABSE 2009 accommodations. Additionally, with the exception of those noted, all conference activities will be held at the Indiana Convention Center.
  
  
• All hotel reservations must be made directly with the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Bureau Housing Bureau. Reservations can be made by choosing one of the following methods:

• To secure the posted hotel rates, reservations must be made on or before November 9, 2009.
  
  
• Acknowledgements will be sent after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review acknowledgments carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 14 days after any transactions, please call the Housing Bureau at 1-317-684-2573.
  
  
• Modifications/Cancellations: Please review carefully. A one-night (plus 16% tax) advance deposit is required for each room requested. Credit card processing will be held until checkout. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled after Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009. Reservations cancelled after Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 or no-shows will be charged by the hotel.
