Lucian Yates, Ed.D.

Dr. Lucian Yates, III, award winning teacher, principal, superintendent, and education consultant now serves as the Chair of the School of Education at Kentucky State University. He has a BA and MA in history, political science and education from Morehead State University and a Ph.D in Curriculum, Instruction and Supervision from Ohio University where he studied the learning styles of minority students.
