• Teacher for special education and multiple subjects for 17 years.
• Established work partnership programs for students with disabilities with large corporations including Target, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s, Vonn’s (Safeway Stores), and Hollywood Entertainment Museum
• Founded LA “Annual Getting Ready” Conference for 1,200 students seeking careers in the entertainment and fashion industries.
• Charter planner of NABSE “Education is a Civil Right” Agenda
• President of the California ABSE
• Membership: NABSE Board of Director member, LA County ABSE , Board member of the National Council on Educating Black Children, Cali Association of African American Superintendents, NAACP, Western Regional Council on Educating Black Children, Sociology of Education, and numerous others.
